All initial estimates provided over the phone, online, or in-person are good for 30 days from issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work or site conditions differ materially from the initial description.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified on your formal service proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the specified pavement or sealcoating work.
